MAL Ltd was created in august 1992 by Mark and Donald Leggett and was initially based in Great Yarmouth. The company expanded rapidly though, and by 1994 London was the obvious choice for the second office, where the majority of business was generated and is still now our main base. The company’s reputation has grown rapidly and has set itself standards that have been maintained since. Due to the flexibility of the company’s carefully selected surveyors and sub-contractors, MAL Ltd has been involved in many prestigious projects at a national and international level.
The introduction of the Leica Technology has enhanced the service that the company can provide, offering the client the possibility of receiving surveys in electronic formats, such as AutoCAD. Using the most up to date electronic and optical surveying and measuring equipment, MAL Ltd has the resources to undertake projects of almost any scale, from projects lasting days to projects lasting months or years.

The company presently employs 12 full time engineers and assistants and has a healthy client base offering a large diversity of work which has given all of our staff a good experience in all aspects of surveying, providing the client versatility, flexibility and efficiency in work.
